"Visited Crispy Cones multiple times and overall it’s a fun dessert spot with a unique concept, especially if you enjoy customizable soft serve desserts. The place is clean, modern, and the staff has always been friendly during my visits. Their specialty is the warm crispy cone, which is different from a regular waffle cone and definitely the main attraction here. I personally ordered the cup version instead because it was for a child and easier to manage without melting everywhere. The ice cream itself is smooth and good quality, and they mainly focus on simple base flavors like vanilla and chocolate rather than offering a large variety of fruity or exotic flavors. Where this place stands out is the toppings and customization. They have around 6–8 topping options and several sauces to mix and match, so you can make your dessert as simple or overloaded as you want. The cookie dough topping was probably the most memorable item and seems to be one of their signature combinations. If you are someone looking for fruity flavors like mango, strawberry, tropical sorbets, or refreshing options, this may not be the best fit because the menu is more focused on chocolate, cookies, sauces, and rich dessert combinations. Price-wise, it is definitely on the expensive side for the portion size. A small cup starts around $7, while places like McDonald’s across the street offer much cheaper desserts. That said, the quality, presentation, ingredients, and overall concept are clearly aimed at a niche dessert market rather than fast-food pricing. The environment was clean and comfortable each time I visited, and service has consistently been pleasant. Overall, it’s a good place for an occasional dessert treat, especially for families, kids, or anyone wanting a customizable premium soft-serve experience. "Wow! So worth the hype! I actually had no idea this was on shark tank either! Really wanted ice cream and I saw this place I had been wanting to try. It literally is a perfect soft serve ice cream on top of a warm cinnamon and sugar like dough but wait there’s more!!!! Nutella filled inside and I added strawberries and cookie dough bites! You can always add different toppings or inside sauce too! My husband and I went there and we can’t wait to go back. The customer service was really great as they helped make the decision easier!"

"We’ve eaten ice cream across the whole US and are in agreement that this was one of our faves! Not only did they graciously serve us at closing time, the dessert was outstanding. It was fun to each customize our own! The owner didn’t rush us, even letting my picky child try the cookie butter before committing (he loved it!) They were super friendly and the shop was pristine, even after what I could imagine was a busy Sunday. Great variety of toppings/sauces, good size portions, easy parking."
