• Stripe (payment processing)
• Vercel (hosting)
• 247365.ai (CRM and marketing tools for subscribers)
• identified.ai (visitor identification for eligible subscribers)
• Analytics providers

AI and Search Integration

Claimed business data may be made available to AI models and search platforms through our MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration to improve discoverability. Only businesses with active subscriptions are included in AI search results.

Non-Profit Contributions

Five percent (5%) of subscription fees are donated to We Are Local AI, a separate non-profit organization that supports local communities. This donation does not involve sharing your personal information with We Are Local AI unless you separately engage with that organization.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of I Am Local AI LLC, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

Business listing data for unclaimed listings may be retained indefinitely as part of our public directory service.
